THE OWENS HOUSEHOLD - 1 Viewing
Appearances are everything as far as Anna Owens is concerned - a notion that is most apparent in her family's picturesque cottage. The lawn is always neatly manicured; wildflowers boarding the narrow walk with small solar lamps. White-washed wicker furniture sits on the small porch in warmer months, inviting conversation.
Inside the home smells of lemons and vanilla - compliments of Anna's obsession with dusting and the air freshener. Family photos and childhood sketchings line the walls (much to Emerson's horror). Shelves are filled with books and trinkets from various travels, and save for Emerson's shoes and schoolbag that liter the front hall, the home resembles a show piece rather than a place where people actually live.

THE BENEDIKT HOUSEHOLD - 1 Viewing
Though small and nowhere close to the grandeur of the Heritage homes, there could be no other home in Eventide more quaint then the Benedikt's. The exterior has stayed frozen in time except for the plethora of wildflowers grown in the front to entice visitors, and the small but immaculate garden behind the house filled with every type of plant that can stand the harsh icelandic climate and the occasional fruit tree.
The interior isn't too different from the exterior. Though small, every room in the house seems taken right out of Martha Stewart's handbook. The walls are painted to complement every piece of furniture strategically placed to offset the small size of the home. The only anomaly in an otherwise perfect house would be Greenly's room. Decorated in the usual style of a teenager -disorganized beyond belief - the only semblance it has to the rest of the house are the lavender walls and the equally cutesy furniture. Everything else screams Greenly - from the piles of colorful clothes to the packs of cigarettes shoved under clothes to her guitar resting against her desk and the vanity covered with makeup.

THE VOLL RESIDENCE
Her grandfather's old home, Bryna decided to keep it as the voll residence once she learned that her grandfather had left it to her in his will. She is now bringing life back to the home that had laid unused for nearly fifty-four years.
