Thanks to the generous donations of the Heritage Families, the Arfleifð Memorial serves to commemorate the twenty lives lost in the devastating earthquake of 1990.
Located at the entrance of the park, the tall marble memorial is inscribed a list of those lost, and is surrounded by curved stone benches. It is a testament to the vast wealth of Eventides elite and promises that we will never forget.
